Migration & Mobility

Migration & Mobility

We deliver migration-focused research and monitoring that supports safe, productive, and rights-based labor mobility systems across borders and within countries.

Migrant workers—especially those in Gulf or Southeast Asia—face systemic risks including lack of documentation, exploitation, and poor reintegration. Government systems often lack coordination, and data on migration flows, skills certification, or worker experiences remains thin. Without grounded evidence, policies risk reinforcing rather than mitigating inequality in mobility.

We assess migration flows, worker rights, and reintegration services using localized surveys and case tracking tools. Our field operations cover key labor corridors and returnee communities. We support government agencies and I/NGOs with evidence to improve pre-departure programs, skill certification, and post-return services. Using data visualization, learning briefs, and dashboards, we help shape migration governance and labor mobility policies that are safer, fairer, and economically impactful.
