This multi-country project aimed to establish a replicable and sustainable model to support skilled migration from Talent Partnership Countries (TPCs) to Germany and Ireland. With a core focus on STEM workforce needs, the project engaged stakeholders including governments, training providers, and employers to shape strategic partnerships, assess local capacity, and support curriculum development. The goal was to bridge global labor market gaps while supporting inclusive and ethical mobility pathways.
