Worker Well-being & Industrial Development
Worker Well-being & Industrial Development
We promote fair, inclusive, and accountable workplaces by providing high-quality data on worker experiences, factory compliance, and systemic well-being indicators.
Industrial supply chains across garments, manufacturing, and export sectors are marked by wage suppression, unsafe conditions, gender inequities, and limited accountability mechanisms. Workers often lack grievance redressal, health support, or representation. Meanwhile, global buyers demand better data and transparency, creating pressure on factories without supporting systemic improvements.
We collect anonymized worker-level data using digital tools to assess wages, health, workplace safety, and gender dynamics. Our researchers engage with both workers and management to evaluate grievance systems, FOA practices, and well-being policies. Using comparative benchmarking, visual dashboards, and predictive analytics, we enable brands and suppliers to improve compliance and enhance worker dignity. We also design workplace-based learning modules and toolkits for industry-wide change.
