Youth, Migration & Employment

We design youth-centered research and employment diagnostics that inform programs aimed at skills development, civic engagement, and economic inclusion.

Youth face a triple burden of unemployment, underemployment, and social marginalization, particularly in conflict-affected or underserved regions. Vocational training systems are often disconnected from market realities, and public programs struggle to address aspirations or long-term employability. Weak civic systems and exclusion also drive youth toward risky migration or disengagement.

We conduct employment diagnostics, skills gap assessments, and youth perception studies to inform national and donor-led youth programs. Our policy advisory teams design evidence-based strategies for skilling, job placement, and entrepreneurial ecosystems. Through monitoring and adaptive learning systems, we ensure program responsiveness to youth aspirations. Our capacity-building modules support stakeholders in digital transformation, life skills, and peacebuilding, enabling youth to navigate transitions and drive community change.
